Destiny (Life Path)

Step 1: Salvation Plan

Jesus: Author of our Salvation

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

All were sentenced to death by sin, separated from God, but by his love and mercy Jesus came into the world to die on a cross as a Holy sacrifice to pay for the sins of the world. He gave his life so that through him we receive salvation; we don’t have to win his love nor the salvation, it is a free gift.

Jesus became the bridge between humanity and God so we can have a relationship with the father. He came to give us an abundant life. He has conquered death so that we have life.

Everything you have to do is receive Him by faith, repent of our sins and go to Him as we are.

Baptism in water

Once you make the decision to follow Christ, the next step of faith is the baptism in water. The water itself is not special, but symbolizes that you already has buried the old man, and resurrected in Christ to walk in his power, love and purpose.

A new life in Christ

Now that you have taken the most important decision of your life, it is essential to make some changes to maintain a relationship with Christ. First, we must be clear that God has forgiven and forgotten our past and has a bright future for us, but we must seek it. This is indispensable to establish roots to maintain a daily relationship with God. This is done with: prayer, reading of the Bible, worship and congregate on an ongoing basis.

Step 2: Commit

God’s Family

As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. (Proverbs 27:17)

We were not created to live alone, connect and develop relationships with others is an important part of being a Christian. In Olive Tree Church you can find love, strength, support and encouragement through prayer, direction, tips and friendships with other believers that matters to them who you are and where is your relationship with God.

You can grow in your life with God through weekly services, as well as biblical studies offered. Also be part of the Tree Model or personal discipleships.

Be generous

Finally, commit to honor God with your finances. When you commit to decimate God promises He will spill blessings you cannot contain.

Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it. (Malachi 3:10)

Step 3: Grow

Be what you were created to be

Growth is part of the life of the Christian, and this must be developed to reach the design of God for our lives.

Strengthen your faith and learn more about who God is, walk in the design of God for your life, and prepare for the service through the Bible studies of Ahavah. Ahavah is designed to help you in your life of service.

Step 4: Serve

Do something for others

Once you have received Christ, it is important to put into practice your faith through the purpose of the Lord for your life. And you can serve others while serving God. Serving others is not only the Church, but a lifestyle.

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ (Mathew 25:40)

You can touch the heart of God when you serves the people around you. Train a football team, or help someone in the supermarket can be a great testimonial of the love of Christ. There are many options of service in the Olive Tree Church.

We encourage you to be the best representative of the love of Christ possible.
